This rewarding contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist who holds an active Oregon SLP License and ASHA CCCs, with a passion for working within K-5 settings. Youll partner closely with SLPAs and other professionals to deliver high-impact speech and language services, shaping the foundation for student success.

Qualifications:

Active Oregon SLP License required Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services CFY welcome with strong pediatric/school background Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to manage a service load around 80 students, with a direct caseload under 40 Flexibility and adaptability working across multiple school sites

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-5 students, collaborating with SLPAs for support Complete diagnostic assessments and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student progress and goals Consult with teachers, staff, and families to foster effective communication supports Maintain up-to-date, thorough records and track progress toward student goals Serve students across three sites: a large shared building with SLPAs, a smaller building with SLPA support, and a small charter school Enjoy highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay ranging from $50-$55/hr for 40 hours per week, as well as comprehensive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matching 401k, and flexible spending account options.
