Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy Skilled Laborer & Site Coordinator for an active residential construction project in Dallas. This is a W-2 payroll position requiring a mix of safe equipment operation, physical site support, and basic digital daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate a forklift and skid steer loader to move materials and unload delivery trucks.

Site Logistics:

Assist with managing on-site parking, directing traffic flow, and keeping track of which subcontractors/personnel are actively on site.

Daily Reporting:

Use a computer/tablet to log daily site records, track personnel, and type clear, brief daily job reports.

Safety & Maintenance:

Maintain high safety awareness, identify hazards, and keep the interior and exterior of the residential site clean and orderly.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proven experience operating a forklift and skid steer loader . Comfortable using computers/mobile apps for basic data entry and professional text communication. Strong, clear communication skills and a team-first attitude. Bilingual a plus. Must be able to legally work in the US as a W-2 employee.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
