Job Description
D& D Contractors is now hiring talented and highly motivated individuals to join our growing team. General Construction Labor Duties to include: Perform General Physical Activities. Ability to operator basic hand and power tools safely. Strong physical stamina and ability to left heavy materials Knowledge of Safety Protocols and regulations on construction sites Good Communication Skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to handle extreme weather conditions, such as temperatures over 100 and under 50 Ability to work, shoveling and moving materials with hand tools. Must pass a drug test prior to hiring. Valid ID required upon hire. Operate Vehicles and Equipment. Operate heavy construction equipment as required. Repair and Maintain Equipment. Assist co-workers in the servicing, repairing, and adjusting of various pieces of equipment throughout the day. Inspect Equipment. Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the equipment in order to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations that maximize production and minimize interruptions. Operate Vehicles and Equipment. Operate heavy construction equipment as required. Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
