In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating a variety of projects, ensuring that work progresses smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the successful completion of construction tasks, from foundational work to finishing touches. This position offers an engaging environment where active participation and teamwork are highly valued. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and debris safely and efficiently Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other equipment to support various construction activities Follow blueprint specifications and interpret technical drawings to assist with framing, formwork construction, rebar installation, and concrete pouring Support concrete cutting, finishing, and pouring processes while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards Install masonry elements, tile laying, flooring, stucco, plastering, and trim carpentry as directed by supervisors Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as rebar installation, metal stud framing, and formwork construction while maintaining safety regulations Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade environment is highly preferred Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols is essential Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings is advantageous Hands-on experience with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping is a plus Skills in carpentry—including frame carpentry and renovation work—are desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and scaffolding safely and effectively Demonstrated capability in masonry work, tile installation, flooring setup, or stucco application is beneficial This role requires physical stamina for prolonged periods of heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
