Superintendent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a focus on pipeline construction and a strong background in construction estimating and supervising.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on construction management to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including heavy bid and construction estimating.
• Oversee construction site operations, including scheduling, material management, and labor allocation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize construction management software, including ProCore and Plangrid, to manage project schedules, budgets, and daily reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and quality standards.
• Review and approve construction site schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and implement corrective actions for any deviations from project plans.
• Foster open communication with site personnel, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the construction of T.I / Ground Up / Remodels. 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent. Knowledge of ProCore software systems Be able to generate RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, Schedules Strong communication skills (Bilngual
