Duties Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services aligned with project timelines. Oversee construction activities on-site, including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control inspections. Utilize Procore construction management software. Support project scheduling efforts by updating timelines using Primavera P6 and managing critical path activities. Monitor compliance with OSHA standards and enforce safety protocols across the site through regular inspections. Assist in reviewing contracts, change orders, and construction estimates to maintain budget control and project scope accuracy. Conduct site inspections. Supervise construction teams by providing clear direction, managing daily tasks, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Collaborate with project managers to prepare reports on progress, budget status, and potential risks or delays. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising on-site teams. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore. Must be able to obtain and maintain AOA security clearance. Able to work off hours shifts as required.

Pay:
