Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, subcontractor coordination, and risk management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and trade partners. Lead project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Review contracts, change orders, project documentation, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize Procore to manage project communication, documentation, and project controls. Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project execution. Support a diverse portfolio of projects across retail, hospitality, automotive, life sciences, academic, corporate interiors, and other commercial sectors. Report directly to a Project Executive and contribute to the successful delivery of a growing project backlog. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects. Experience leading projects valued between $2M-$30M or larger. Strong tenure and demonstrated stability throughout your career. Proficiency with Procore. Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills. Ability to commute to Beverly, MA and maintain a regular in-office presence. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing projects valued at $50M+. Background in hospitality, retail, automotive, life sciences, academic, or corporate interiors projects. Experience working for a commercial general contractor or construction management firm. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
