Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Work closely with stakeholders to manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to design specifications. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Commercial, Healthcare should have: Proven experience in commercial or healthcare construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively work with teams and clients. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
