$75,000 Base + $25,000 Bonus, approximately $100,000 OTE About the Opportunity Our client is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of products within the stone and surface industry. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the products, knows how they are used in the field, and can bring structure and strategy to the product line. You will work directly with vendors, distributors, fabricators, and internal teams to improve the product offering, pricing, quality, and overall performance. Why This Opportunity? Own the

Review product performance, quality, pricing, and market demand. Manage vendor relationships, including overseas suppliers. Benchmark vendors and negotiate improved pricing and quality. Gather feedback from distributors and fabricators. Identify products to improve, replace, or remove. Help identify new products and opportunities. What You Bring Experience with products in the stone and surface industry, particularly adhesives, sealers, abrasives, or diamond tooling. Hands-on understanding of how these products are used. Experience managing outside vendors, including overseas suppliers. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments. Charlotte-based candidates preferred. Technical experience with a fabricator or technical assistance role is a plus.
