• Project Delivery What you would do Typical responsibilities could include: Owning project delivery end-to-end, managing timelines, budgets and resources to meet project milestones Directing construction sequencing and field operations to ensure safe, efficient execution Managing stakeholder relationships across clients, contractors, subcontractors, design teams and internal leadership Maintaining construction schedules, progress reporting and change order management Ensuring full compliance with safety regulations, building codes and project specifications Coordinating communication between field teams, office-based support and senior leadership Managing project budgets, controlling costs and identifying opportunities for efficiency Leading problem-solving on site challenges and maintaining documentation for regulatory and contractual requirements What you could bring Most roles of this type require the following: 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, site management or project delivery Proven experience managing projects from conception through completion Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety compliance and budget management Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors and design teams Familiarity with construction scheduling tools and project management software Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management or equivalent field experience Authorization to work in the
