Job Description
SH Built is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the quality, schedule, execution, and successful completion of high-end residential construction projects. This is a full-time, on-site position . Remote work is not available. Applicants must currently reside in the Roaring Fork Valley. If you are an experienced builder in the Roaring Fork Valley market, consider joining the SH Built team. Responsibilities Open job site daily at 7 am. Maintain project safety & quality standards and schedule controls throughout construction. Manage and maintain project schedules using construction management software. Coordinate with Project Managers on subcontractor and vendor procurement, scheduling, and project coordination. Monitor the critical path and proactively identify potential schedule issues. Communicate effectively with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders. Organize and prioritize multiple project needs in a fast-paced construction environment. Utilize technology and construction management software to communicate, document, and organize project information. Requirements Strong understanding of residential construction processes, assemblies, and sequencing. Proven experience as a Superintendent, Builder, or similar construction leadership role. Strong schedule management and critical-path thinking skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Comfortable using a computer and technology to communicate and organize construction projects. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must successfully pass a background check. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client service on every project.
