Job Description

SH Built is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of high-end residential construction projects. This is a full-time, in-office position . Remote work is not available. Applicants must currently reside in the Roaring Fork Valley. Responsibilities Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate and communicate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and the SH Built team. Oversee project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and company standards. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and internal team members. Qualifications Proven experience managing residential construction projects. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client service on every project.

$95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
