Job Description The General Superintendent - Commercial will: Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain efficient workflows. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction regulations at all times. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site inventory effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Mentor and guide site staff to ensure high performance and team cohesion. Report project updates to senior management and other stakeholders as required. The Successful Applicant A successful General Superintendent - Commercial should have: Experience with managing large-scale commercial building and construction projects. Strong leadership skills to oversee on-site teams and subcontractors. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively. Strong communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
