Self-perform:
Carpentry, Concrete, Structural Steel, Millwork Backlog:
$200M in project backlog in Milwaukee location through 2027 Job Description Act as day‑to‑day field leader on assigned projects Coordinate and manage self perform trades and subcontractors Manage schedule and sequencing Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards Maintain strong client relationships Review drawings, sequences, and scopes to proactively identify conflicts MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Carpentry or concrete trades background strongly preferred OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred Leadership of commercial construction projects over $10M preferred Experience managing self perform trades is strongly preferred Procore experience preferred Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate project implementation.
