Carpentry or concrete trades background strongly preferred OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred Leadership of commercial construction projects over $10M preferred Experience managing self perform trades is strongly preferred Procore experience preferred Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams to achieve outstanding results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate project implementation.
