Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of plumbing construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with owners, contractors, and Viking staff to develop project plans Develop accurate construction estimates by utilizing skills in construction estimating and scheduling Manage project schedules utilizing Housecall Pro. Oversee procurement processes including contracts negotiation, material ordering, and subcontractor management Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality control based on blueprint reading and schematics Skills Knowledge of construction estimating techniques Ability in project scheduling and coordination Understanding of plumbing systems design and layout Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and managing client expectations Join us as a Plumbing Project Manager to lead customer plumbing projects!
