W2 Overview Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Craftsman to join our team in Olathe, KS. This role is ideal for professionals with experience across multiple trades who are looking for the stability of a W2 position while maintaining flexibility and independence in their day-to-day work. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of residential repair and maintenance tasks Complete work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical Assess job requirements and provide accurate estimates when needed Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism on every job Communicate effectively with customers and team members Manage time and schedules efficiently to complete assigned tasks Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman Strong knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and electrical) Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work Own a work vehicle (truck or van) Own a standard set of tools Strong work ethic with a professional appearance and demeanor Estimation skills and home inspection experience are strongly preferred Benefits Weekends off Health benefits Paid time off Performance bonuses Vehicle and tool allowance (trip charges & tool stipends) Company credit card Flexible scheduling Advancement and growth opportunities Regular pay reviews Year-round work
