Electrician Assistant Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Electrician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. As an Electrician Assistant, you will work on various projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings under the supervision of experienced electricians.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist electricians in installing electrical systems and components.
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Help troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of electrical wiring.
  • Handle power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Assist in testing electrical systems using voltmeters and ohmmeters.
Skills:
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading for electrical installations.
  • Experience with low voltage systems is a plus.
