Performs electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment. Ensures electrical equipment operates safely and efficiently while following city regulations and safety procedures.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs. Inspect electrical components and identify potential safety hazards. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Use electrical testing tools to diagnose equipment issues. Follow electrical codes, safety procedures, and city regulations. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Qualifications Previous experience in electrical maintenance, repair, or related work. Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures. Ability to read electrical diagrams and use testing equipment. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform outdoor maintenance as needed.
