2nd shift Competitive Compensation Cast your career with Buck Company! Buck Company LLC is looking for a highly skilled Industrial Electrician to join our 2nd shift team in Quarryville, PA! This is not a typical maintenance role; we are seeking a true controls and automation specialist to take ownership of our facility's complex electrical systems. Your primary mission will be to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency by troubleshooting, repairing, and enhancing our production equipment at the PLC level. This is a critical role for an electrician who loves to diagnose the root cause of tough problems.

What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical equipment to help meet production goals. Troubleshoot and diagnose network and technical programs. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLC systems. Effectively resolve production problems in a timely manner. Diagnose cause of electrical malfunction or failure of operational equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Perform safety and operational tests. Estimate or quote maintenance repair costs. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred. 2- 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow processes. Possess good organizational and time management skills to maximize benefits of position. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion. Flexibility of schedule to work alternate shifts. Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with Buck Company safety policy. Ability to meet qualitative and/ or quantitative productivity requirements. Ability to stand for long periods of time in a non-climate controlled environment. Be able to communicate clearly and effectively to all team members
