Role:

You'll take the lead on building accurate, competitive estimates, analyzing project risks, and coordinating early project planning. This is a high-impact preconstruction role for someone who enjoys fast-paced bidding and shaping winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed estimates for grading, earthwork, and utility projects Review plans and specs, identify scope and risks, and create bid strategies Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors; evaluate and compare pricing Build preliminary schedules and risk assessments Maintain organized bid documentation and cost histories Work closely with PMs and engineering teams to ensure smooth project handoff

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar 3+ years of heavy civil estimating experience Background in grading and wet utilities preferred Proficient with estimating software (Agtek/TBC, Auto

CAD, HCSS

HeavyBid/Bid2Win, Bluebeam).
