We specialize in supplying and managing commercial projects involving steel doors, wood doors, frames, and architectural hardware. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside our experienced Project Management and Sales teams while learning the ins and outs of contract project management, estimating, and commercial construction. Responsibilities Provide administrative and project support to the Project Management and Sales teams Assist with estimating, quoting, and contract documentation Review construction plans, specifications, and blueprints Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal staff Track project details, schedules, orders, and documentation Communicate professionally by phone and email Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining close attention to detail Develop knowledge of commercial door, frame, and hardware products and construction requirements Qualifications Must be able to read and interpret construction blueprints Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Strong computer and phone skills Good written and verbal communication skills Construction, estimating, project management, or related experience preferred Ability and willingness to learn the commercial construction industry Compensation & Benefits Starting pay around $60,000/year, depending on experience Year-end bonus opportunity Benefits available Relocation assistance to Rochester, NY may be available for the right candidate Full-time position Opportunity for long-term growth within an established local company If you're interested in building a career in commercial construction project management, estimating, and contract sales, we'd like to hear from you.
