Chino, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $30 - $55 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Estimating software Blueprint specification interpretation English Construction estimating Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a Drywall and/or Stucco Estimator/Project Manager to work on all phase of the project starting from bidding to completion of project. Duties Prepare estimates using BuzzBID, or OST/QB Review plans, specs, and site conditions to develop project proposals Perpare material takeoffs, negotiate pricing with suppliers and order materials. Review and negotiate pricing and contracts with clients. Coordinate with field teams to track progress and resolve issues Manage budgets, cost control, and financial tracking Handle contract administration including RFIs, T&M work, CORs, etc. Lead project meetings and maintain project schedules Attend meetings at the jobsite when requiered.

Requierements:

Be able to read and understand construction plans and specs. Be able to prepare estimates using softwares like BuzzBid or On-Screen Takeoff. Be able to prepare and organize all requiere paperwork for the project. Speak English and Spanish.
