Duties Prepare flooring surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing existing floors to ensure optimal conditions for refinishing or installation Apply finishing products such as stains, sealers, varnishes, or epoxy coatings to enhance durability and appearance of floors Install various flooring materials including hardwood, vinyl, tile, epoxy coatings, and carpets with precision and attention to detail Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring component.
