$28.00-30.00 Per Hour About Us Foster Flooring has proudly served the Hudson Valley since 1976. We specialize in residential and commercial installation of hardwood, vinyl, and carpet. Our team is tight-knit, and our customers keep coming back — many of them for decades. The Role We're looking for a motivated Flooring Installer to join our installation crews who is ready to hit the ground running. If that's you, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on, physical role where the quality of your work shows up every day — on the floors you walk away from. What You'll Do Install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP/LVT), and carpet in residential homes and commercial areas Prepare and inspect subfloors prior to installation Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials to spec Work alongside experienced crew members and learn proper installation techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Represent Foster Flooring professionally in customers' homes Occasionally work weekends when project schedules require it What We're Looking For Teachable — you're willing to learn and open to feedback Detail-oriented — you notice the small stuff and care about doing things right A team player — you work well with others and pull your weight Physically capable — this role involves lifting, kneeling, and being on your feet all day Reliable — you show up on time, ready to work Prior flooring or trades experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person

Compensation & Schedule Pay:
