Window/Door Install apprentice

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Install apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in construction, but it is not neccesary. We will train the right person to learn the correct way to install windows and doors. This role involves installing windows and doors in residential and condominium properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes. Perform remodeling tasks as needed, including drywall repair, stucco repair and trim carpentry. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot installation issues effectively. Hang doors with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently during installations. Maintain a clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
