In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of installation tasks across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in construction, a strong work ethic, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new build installations, while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Install a variety of building components including cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, tile, and drywall with precision and care. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and compliance with project specifications. Assist with framing, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, and other related tasks as needed. Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling materials such as caulking, fabrication supplies, and glass. Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or remodeling. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction management principles. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital markup and project documentation is a plus. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction site safety procedures. Skills in various installation techniques including tile laying, flooring installation, framing carpentry, door hanging, glass installation, cabinet setup, and concrete forming. Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues.
