Experienced Sider Grace Point Contracting LLC is a premier siding, framing and window replacement company, we are currently seeking a highly skilled person with a strong background in siding & window installation. Experience with computer software is required as well. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required! If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you. Qualifications:

Must be able to manage teams of installers. Well-rounded skills in all aspects of installing siding, doors, and windows. Additional construction skills a plus. Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record. Must have your own tool belt and basic hand tools. Ability to perform sometimes physically demanding tasks. Ability and desire to learn, take direction, and work as a team. Results focused and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

Support/Complete installation of James Hardie retrofit siding and related products. Demonstrated ability and willingness to improve skills. Applies siding to exterior wall panels. Cut and trim siding to fit around windows or corners. Installs flashing. Installs aluminum parts for door and window wraps. May install doors and windows to exterior wall panels. Fills joints with calking compound. Performs quality work in a consistent and fast-moving manner. Works in a safe manner and follows safety policies. Performs all duties as assigned and needed. Keeps work area clean and organized. Meets production goals and standards.
