Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of custom window coverings and ensuring each project is completed accurately and efficiently. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing our clients' spaces by delivering professional, high-quality installations that meet their expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your construction and carpentry skills in a fast-paced environment where precision and customer satisfaction are paramount. This position starts and ends the day at our warehouse in Spicewood, TX and services the Austin Metro Area. Requirements Valid Drivers License and ability to be insured on a company vehicle Successful background check Experience with hand and power tools Comfortable with heights and tall extension ladders Avid Listener and able to follow instructions and protocol Start and end day at warehouse in Spicewood, TX Willing to travel around the Austin Metro Area Benefits Paid time off 401(K) and 401(K) matching Health Insurance Life Insurance Cell Phone Reimbursement About us! Austintatious Blinds & Shutters was born on February 28, 2003. Norma Cataño and Tracey Hopkins are the proud owners and parents to the Austintatious family. They noticed a void in the window coverings industry. The marketplace was lacking honest, hardworking, professionals that simply did what they promised to do in the greater Austin area…at least when it comes to window coverings. Our goal, then and now, is to make a commitment to our clients to deliver the best window coverings, service, and experience. We became experts in motorization, through both Somfy and Hunter Douglas. Then, in 2014, we opened our showroom. As a Hunter Douglas Gallery dealer, our clients have the chance to fully engage and experience our products. Later, we took our business a step further and became a Hunter Douglas Authorized Service Center, allowing us to add service and repair to our growing repertoire.
