About Us Pagoda Services provides cleaning, janitorial, and property maintenance services for private residences and a private school campus in the Lake Travis / Spicewood area. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do School Campus (Primary) Weekly cleaning of classrooms, common areas, offices, and bathrooms Restocking supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, trash bags) Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces Trash and recycling removal Seasonal deep cleaning (window washing, floor stripping, pressure washing) Light preventative maintenance tasks as needed Private Residences Interior cleaning for residential clients in the Spicewood / Lake Travis area Tasks assigned on a per-property basis What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent — you show up on time and finish what you start Previous janitorial, custodial, or professional cleaning experience preferred but not required Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Attention to detail — you notice the things other people don't Able to handle the physical demands of the job (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get between job sites Must pass a background check (work is performed on a school campus) What We Offer $38,000-$42,000/year based on experience Salaried position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule — no nights or weekends Paid time off aligned with school calendar breaks - Flex Days during school breaks Work at clean, well-maintained properties — not construction sites or warehouses Small team where your work is noticed and valued Health insurance is not provided To Apply Email wmorgan.campa@gmail.com with a brief message about your experience.
