Job Description
AllPro Home Improvement has been installing exteriors in north central West Virginia since 1963. We're hiring installers for our crews at two levels: entry level, and experienced. What you'll do Siding, soffit, fascia, and trim ProVia replacement windows, entry doors, and storm doors Decks, stairs, and vinyl and aluminum railing Sunrooms, screen rooms, porch enclosures, patio covers, and awnings Continuous gutter and leaf protection Bathroom remodels through the winter months, so the work is year round Pay No experience: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. We'll train you. 2 or more years of siding, window, deck, or remodeling experience: $16.00 to $18.50 per hour. A valid driver's license opens the crew lead track and moves you up in your range. You can still be hired without one. Hours 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, shop to shop. Your drive out to the jobsite and back is paid. Most work is local to Marion, Monongalia, and Harrison counties. No travel, no weekends. Requirements Comfortable climbing extension ladders and working at heights of 6 feet and above. This applies to every position, including entry level. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, plus random and post-accident testing. Able to lift 50 to 80 pounds repeatedly and stay on your feet all day. Reliable transportation to 201 Fairmont Ave by 7:30 AM. 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the US. Tools Installers provide their own hand and power tools. New to the trade and don't own any yet? Tell us. We loan tools out to people getting started.
