Job Description

A busy custom lighting manufacturer is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team creating large, one-of-a-kind, made-to-order chandeliers and architectural lighting fixtures. The ideal candidate is a skilled craftsman who can work independently, take pride in producing exceptional quality, and accurately interpret and execute fabrication drawings.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate custom lighting fixtures from fabrication drawings and specifications Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and precision Form, fit, and fabricate tube, sheet metal, and other materials Operate a variety of metalworking tools, equipment, and machinery Ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a custom fabrication or manufacturing environment Ability to read and follow fabrication drawings with accuracy Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques and material characteristics Experience with freehand fabrication of tube and sheet metal Proficiency with a variety of metal-forming tools and machines TIG welding experience is a strong plus Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and problem-solving skills If you enjoy building unique, custom pieces and take pride in exceptional craftsmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay:
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
