Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Rig Hand to join our team. The Rig Hand will play a crucial role in supporting the operation and maintenance of oil rigs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and disassembly of oil rigs and related equipment. Operate equipment Perform routine maintenance and inspection of rig equipment to ensure operational readiness. Support the rigging up and rigging down processes. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the well site by performing general labor tasks. Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or environmental concerns to the Rig Manager/Supervisor. Collaborate effectively with crews to ensure smooth and efficient drilling operations.

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions. Commitment to safety and attention to detail. Willingness to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Skills:

Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools. Good communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors.
