We're hiring a Rig Operator to join our field crew supporting well maintenance, workover, and completion operations. This is a hands-on role All experience levels welcome — we'll train the right candidate. What you'll do: Operate and maintain workover/service rig equipment Rig up and rig down at well sites Run tubing, rods, and downhole tools Follow all safety protocols and complete required documentation Support the crew in daily well servicing tasks What we're looking for: Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Willingness to work in all weather Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding work Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance Prior oilfield experience preferred but not required — training provided
