Temp-to-Perm Heavy Equipment Operator Job Description:

Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to work in Gordon, GA. Operators will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment in an active sand quarry environment while maintaining production goals and following all safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include operating dozers, excavators, and front loaders to move, load, and process materials. Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot, cold, and dusty environments. Qualifications for

Heavy Equipment Operator:

Previous experience operating dozers, excavators, and front loaders Experience working in a quarry, mining, construction, or heavy industrial environment preferred Ability to safely operate heavy equipment while following all site safety procedures Must be able to perform physically demanding work including bending, standing, climbing, kneeling, and twisting throughout the shift Ability to work in outdoor environments with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and changing weather conditions Must wear required PPE at all times while on site Additional Requirements for

Heavy Equipment Operator:

Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Standard PPE required: Hard Hat, High-Visibility Shirt/Vest, Steel-Toe Boots, and Safety Glasses Drug and background screening required
