Savvy Staffing is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator in Ayer, MA - Outdoor Work Now Hiring! Savvy Staffing is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time opportunity in Ayer, MA . If you enjoy working outdoors and operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities Safely operate heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other machinery. Load, move, and organize materials throughout the yard. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow all safety policies and operating procedures. Assist with general yard duties as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous heavy equipment operating experience required. Experience with loaders, excavators, or similar equipment preferred. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
