Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Operator and play a vital role in executing construction projects with precision and efficiency! In this energetic position, you'll operate a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support the successful completion of construction sites. Your mechanical expertise, safety awareness, and hands-on experience will drive project progress while ensuring a safe working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to contribute to large-scale infrastructure and building endeavors. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and other construction machinery to perform tasks efficiently and safely. Manage various trucks including front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, and roll-off trucks to transport materials and debris across the site. Handle specialized equipment like concrete mixers, tankers, farm machinery, and Caterpillar machinery to support diverse construction activities. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Assist with site preparation, material placement, grading, excavation, and loading operations to meet project specifications. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to coordinate equipment usage and optimize workflow on-site. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, or similar machinery on active construction sites. Mechanical knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Valid commercial driver's license with experience driving various trucks including dump trucks, water trucks, tanker trucks, or front loader trucks. Familiarity with construction site safety standards and practices. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints or site plans related to equipment operation. Experience working with concrete mixers, farm machinery or other specialized construction vehicles is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Join us in building the future! Pay:
$27.11 - $32.65 per hour
