Grondin is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for earthwork, road, drainage, utility, and site construction projects. Responsibilities Safely operate excavators for excavation, grading, trenching, loading, and backfilling. Support utility, drainage, and sitework operations. Perform daily equipment inspections and routine care. Work safely around crews, utilities, structures, and other equipment. Follow company safety procedures and supervisor direction. Qualifications Previous excavator operating experience utilizing CAT controls. Ability to work safely and productively with limited supervision. Experience with grading, utility work, plans, or GPS/machine control is a plus. Dependable and able to work overtime as needed. Pay is based on demonstrated skill and ability.
