• 25- 28 With no CDL

We are hiring for an Install Operator to join a growing construction and service team. In this role, you will support equipment operators, pipefitters, and demolition technicians with the installation of fueling tanks and piping at municipal facilities and gas station sites throughout the Twin Cities metro area. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who value teamwork, safety, and long-term career growth in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of fueling tanks and underground/aboveground piping
• Perform general labor tasks, including material handling, digging, grading, and concrete work
• Safely operate equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsite
• Properly utilize hand and power tools
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and jobsite standards

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, earthwork, or hardscaping
• Experience operating or working around heavy equipment
• Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to submit to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

• Physically demanding outdoor work in varying conditions (oil, water, dirt, mud)

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday | 6:30/7:00 AM to 3:00-3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays as needed Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of St Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr. Family environment, 11 paid holidays, and 4 weeks PTO after 90 days. We have worked with Zahl since 2019, and everyone placed is still with the company. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in St Paul,MN.
