Job Description

Painter Company Overview Oasis Management Inc. is a construction and maintenance company that works closely with property managers, vendors, contractors, and local Building Departments to coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, permits, and construction-related services. Oasis Management Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to perform painting and surface preparation work at residential properties and commercial spaces occupied by businesses and professional offices. This position will support property maintenance, repairs, renovations, and construction-related projects. This position requires travel between different residential and commercial properties based on business and project needs. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and caulking. Apply paint, primer, stain, and other coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as assigned. Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, common areas, offices, and other property surfaces. Perform touch-ups and corrective painting as needed. Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces during painting work. Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout each project. Properly use and maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials. Identify and report surface damage or conditions requiring additional repair before painting. Perform painting following maintenance, repair, renovation, or construction work. Follow company procedures and applicable health and safety requirements. Communicate professionally with property managers, vendors, contractors, residents, tenants, and business occupants as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous painting, construction, maintenance, or related experience preferred. Knowledge of basic painting techniques and surface preparation. Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Effective communication skills. Ability to safely use painting tools, equipment, ladders, and common materials. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying.
Compensation Pay Range:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
Bonus Opportunities:
Additional bonus opportunities may be available based on performance, quality of work, productivity, and business needs. The anticipated hourly rate will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, job-related skills, and business needs, consistent with applicable law.
