Power/Utility:
Substations, Power Plants, Transmission & Distribution, Sitework;
Emergency Management:
Reconstruction, 24-Hour Storm Response, Storm Hardening, Shoreline Restoration/Stabilization, Debris Removal; Solar Installation and Construction Management. We are seeking Experienced Water / Sewer Utility Pipe Layer Key Responsibilities Install water, sewer, and storm drain pipe according to plans and specifications Set pipe to proper line, grade, and elevation using laser levels and grade stakes Prepare and shape trenches, bedding, and backfill materials Work safely in and around trenches, shoring, and excavation equipment Assist with pipe jointing, gasket installation, and testing Identify and work around existing underground utilities Communicate clearly with excavator operators, foremen, and crew members Follow OSHA trench safety regulations and company safety policies Maintain a clean and organized job site Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a pipe layer in underground utility construction Strong understanding of grade, slope, and elevation control Familiarity with laser levels and trench layout methods Knowledge of underground utility safety practices Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
