Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Renovation Helper and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist skilled construction professionals in renovating and upgrading swimming pools, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers hands-on experience in construction processes, outdoor work environments, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in various building trades. Whether you're just starting out or looking to expand your construction expertise, this role provides a rewarding pathway into the industry. Duties Assist with pool demolition, surface preparation, and job-site cleanup Help load, unload, carry, and organize tools and materials Assist experienced crew members with pool plastering, tile, coping, and renovation work Help prepare pools and surrounding areas for plaster, tile, and other finishes Use basic hand and power tools under supervision Assist with tile cleaning and removal of old pool materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each project Follow instructions from crew leaders and learn proper pool renovation techniques Follow all company and job-site safety procedures Perform other general labor duties needed to support the renovation crew Qualifications No prior pool renovation or construction experience required — willing to train Previous construction, landscaping, general labor, or other hands-on work is a plus Willing and able to learn how to safely use hand and power tools Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physical labor throughout the workday Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team Able to follow instructions and job-site safety procedures Reliable transportation to designated job sites or meeting locations Positive attitude and willingness to learn the pool renovation trade This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills within the vibrant field of pool renovation and outdoor construction.
