CityWide Plumbing is looking for experienced Plumbing Service Technicians for immediate hire! Come and join our elite team of professional plumbers and grow your career with us! Ideal for those with plumbing construction and technician field service experience! The selected candidate will have dynamic plumbing skills, excellent listening skills, and empathy and patience for our commercial customers. We're looking for leaders who can problem solve, while paying great attention to detail and follow-up items with customers and office staff. Knowledge of the Atlanta area and a plumbing license or apprentice card is a plus. Essential functions of the position include: Provide world class customer service through communication and follow-up with our commercial customers. Clean appearance, great work ethic and safety are important. Perform commercial and residential plumbing and drain cleaning services Complete service calls and communicate with dispatch efficiently to maximize your productivity and ensure an excellent customer experience Have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record Be drug free and dependable to work your scheduled shifts Follow-up with customers to schedule work on estimates and procure materials We are looking for people who will put the customer first every single time! In addition to excellent customer service, the selected candidates will possess above average technical skills with solid problem solving ability, attention to detail, ability to work a flexible schedule that will include nights and weekends. You must be able to work alone and with others on job sites. Full time - Monday through Friday work week Nights & Weekends - Alternate on-call schedules as posted monthly
