Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems, and HVAC components in residential and commercial settings Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently and safely Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, plumbing building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for construction plumbing and remodeling projects Conduct system maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing infrastructure while troubleshooting mechanical issues effectively Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during construction site activities Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, repair logs, and compliance records Skills Extensive construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding construction plans Strong knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, safety standards, and gas piping systems Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and carpentry tools Mechanical aptitude with experience in HVAC systems and pipe installation techniques Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, quantities, and system specifications Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), remodeling projects, handyman tasks, assembly work, and general building maintenance Join our team as a Licensed Plumber where your expertise will help shape safe, efficient plumbing solutions that meet the highest standards.
