Lead Plumbing & Heating Technician E. Cooke Plumbing & Heating E. Cooke Plumbing & Heating is looking for a Lead Plumbing & Heating Technician to join our team. What We're Looking For Licensed plumber Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and team mindset Good communication skills Integrity and pride in quality workmanship Willingness to learn, lead and grow Lead responsibilities: Help lead/develop/support our crew Train/provide feedback all around (within the team and the company-we value perspective from everyone on the team, including our lead) Ensure deadlines are on track, help initiate and execute solutions when variables arise Monitor and verify the work for completion and accuracy (documentation is accurate in our system as well as the physical work on site) Communicate with contractors, inspectors, our office Think critically on your feet, when you see a need help lead the team to the best possible outcome Customer focused, people focused and has a strong attention to detail What We Offer Pay based on experience Healthcare stipend Paid holidays Paid time off Boot/tool allowance Tuition reimbursement No on-call All power tools provided and maintained in house Retirement contribution (after 3 years) Our Culture We believe in open communication, teamwork, and respect .
