• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Service water heaters, boilers, fixtures, pumps, water treatment equipment, and piping systems
• Troubleshoot leaks, drainage issues, and water distribution problems
• Perform plumbing inspections and recommend appropriate repairs
• Clearly explain findings and repair options to customers
• Complete detailed job notes and upload photos
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
• Work closely with dispatch and office staff to provide an outstanding customer experience Qualifications
• Plumbing service experience required
• NH Plumbing License preferred (Journeyman or Master), but experienced apprentices are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
