Our industry is different from HVAC, plumbing, and electrical—but many of the same skills and interests translate well. Our technicians work with pumps, plumbing, electrical components, controls, pressure systems, water treatment equipment, and other mechanical systems . No water industry experience is required. If you have experience or a strong interest in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair, equipment service, or another hands-on trade, we want to talk to you. We provide the specialized training needed to build a career in water. What You'll Do As an Installation / Service Technician, you'll learn to: Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair water system equipment Work with pumps, pressure systems, plumbing, electrical components, and controls Install and service water treatment equipment Diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions Perform hands-on mechanical and technical work at customer locations Communicate professionally with customers and team members Continue developing your technical skills through hands-on training and experience Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have experience or interest in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical repair, automotive, equipment service, or a similar skilled trade Are mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems Enjoy hands-on work and learning how mechanical systems operate Want to build a long-term career rather than simply find another job Are dependable and comfortable working independently and as part of a team Have a clean driver's license Previous water treatment or pump experience is not required.
