Position Overview Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plumbing Technician with extensive boiler repair experience to join our dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will lead complex plumbing projects, troubleshoot and repair boilers, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality on every job site. Your mechanical expertise and construction background will drive successful outcomes for our clients, while your proactive approach will inspire confidence and trust. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical mastery and contribute to building reliable, efficient plumbing systems across diverse commercial and residential settings. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications Perform boiler repairs, maintenance, and installations in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations and repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and other mechanical tools effectively on construction sites Lead construction plumbing projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members and subcontractors as needed Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing systems, carpentry, and handyman tasks Ensure all work adheres to local codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices while maintaining a clean work environment Requirements Proven experience as a senior plumbing technician with specialized boiler repair skills in construction or industrial settings Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, schematics reading, and mechanical troubleshooting Skilled in pipe threading, welding, assembly, remodeling, and the use of hand tools and power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on job sites Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations Valid driver's license for site travel Hands-on experience with plumbing systems and boilers Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance Join us if you're ready to bring your expertise to a vibrant team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and dedication!
