Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to install, modify, or replace plumbing components efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore optimal flow. Operate company vehicles safely while managing multiple service calls across various residential locations. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout every interaction. Requirements Proven experience in residential plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing system maintenance and repair. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and construction site equipment such as pipe threading machines and welding gear. Knowledge of local building codes, plumbing inspection cameras, and schematics is essential. Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks typical of plumbing work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a company vehicle preferred.
