In business since 1968, we serve the greater Seattle area from Marysville to Federal Way. We're looking for committed professionals to join our customer-focused service plumbing team. Responsibilities Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential and commercial properties, adhering to local building codes and safety regulations. Diagnose plumbing issues using inspection cameras, pipe threading tools, and other diagnostic equipment to identify root causes accurately. Conduct drain cleaning, pipe replacement, fixture installation, and water system repairs with precision and efficiency. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance tools safely on construction sites or service locations. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; perform heavy lifting as needed for pipe installation or equipment setup. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair needs, project timelines, and safety procedures. Qualifications 01 or 02 Level license, or close to the required hours and committed to testing 3+ years of experience in plumbing diagnosis, repair, and installation Customer-service focus and a team-player mindset Strong desire to learn and grow Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen What We Offer Company uniforms, company vehicle, and specialty tools provided Competitive pay starting at $40.00/hour, DOE — with a transition to commission as you grow that lets our experienced techs out-earn a flat hourly rate.
