- Job Description
- The Wire Harness Technician will be responsible for building, assembling, installing, and modifying low-voltage test wiring systems. The role involves routing, crimping, terminating, and soldering various low-voltage cabling, while also reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions using hand tools.
- Responsibilities
- + Build, assemble, and install low-voltage test wiring systems. + Modify existing wiring systems as required. + Route, crimp, terminate, and solder low-voltage cabling. + Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions. + Utilize hand tools effectively for wiring harness assembly.
- Essential Skills
- + Experience in wire harness assembly. + Proficiency in schematic reading and interpretation. + Skill in soldering and crimping. + Knowledge of low-voltage wiring and routing.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience with access control systems. + Knowledge of structured network cabling. + J-STD-001 Certification. + Ability to install network devices. + Physical ability to lift 25 lbs.

- Work Environment
- Work in a first shift environment from 9am to 5pm. The position is a 6-month contract-to-hire, offering stable hours and a focus on quality assurance in wiring harnesses and schematics.
- Job Type & Location
- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Culver City, CA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $28.
00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
